Bisleri origins from italy, where it was created by Felice Bisleri.

In 1995, Italian doctor Cesari Rossi and Indian businessman Khushroo Suntook brought the Bisleri brand to India, inaugurated a factory in Thane. 

Initially the bottles were used to sold in luxury hotels in Mumbai.

In 1969, the company was troubling take off, and Parle Group's Jayantilal Chauhan, made an offer for Rs. 4 Lakh.

After Parles acquisition, they started expanding its reach in India, producing  beverages, soft drinks, and soda.

Ramesh Chauhan earlier agreed to sell the brand to Tata Group for estimation of Rs. 7000 crore, but later it was called off.

Brand's turnover in FY23 estimated at a staggering ₹2,500 crore, with profit of Rs. 200 Crore.

Having a strong presence, with 122 operational plants, and a strong distribution network 4500 Distributors & 5000 Distribution trucks across India.
