Sridhar completed his primary school from government school in Tamil medium, and got bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in 1989.
Coming from a middle class background vembu brother proved themselves with their Hardwork and Patience. Sridhar vembu mother is housewife and father was stenographer in the High Court in Chennai.
After P.H.D, he joined Qualcomm, an American multinational semiconductor and telecommunications equipment company in San Diego in 1994. He worked on wireless communication.
Sridhar started his vembu software with Tony Thomas in 1996, from 1996 - 2003 vembu software was known as AdventNet.inc and then after in 2005 Zoho CRM was launched.The company got name ZOHO in 2009.

Zoho has currently 50+ million users all over world, and 88% of stake is holded by his family.
